Steve Herchenrider

Steve Herchenrider is a member of the NewHold Investment Corp. II advisory board. He is currently President & CEO Macro Energy. Prior to joining Macro Energy in 2011, Mr. Herchenrider was a sales engineer for a Philadelphia based HVAC company. Upon joining Macro Energy as Director of Operations, Mr. Herchenrider implemented in-house design and engineering services which drastically cut proposal turn time and significantly increased proposal capacity. In addition, Mr. Herchenrider revamped the project management process which allowed for expanded capacity and exceptional results on projects ranging from large national roll outs to small single location retrofits. Mr. Herchenrider has successfully completed projects in the US and Canada for public and private corporations. In addition to streamlining the survey and project management processes at Macro Energy, Mr. Herchenrider has worked to develop and implement on-boarding processes for both engineering, operations and sales that allow for drastically shorter ramp times for new hires. Mr. Herchenrider’s focus since joining Macro Energy has been to develop and refine processes that allow Macro Energy to scale quickly.

Mr. Herchenrider received his BS in Civil Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University with a concentration in Construction Project Management.
