John Boone

Chief Financial Officer

Johnny Boone is the Chief Financial Officer of NewHold Investment Corp. IV (the “Company”). Mr. Boone has more than 15 years of experience across public equity investing, private equity, and investment banking.

He most recently served as an Executive in Residence at Unity Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, from January 2026 to July 2026, where he worked with the firm's investment team on strategic initiatives and transaction opportunities. Previously, Mr. Boone was a Partner at Isomer Partners, a long/short equity investment firm, from October 2022 to March 2025, after joining the firm in November 2020 as Principal and Senior Analyst. During his tenure at Isomer Partners, he conducted fundamental research and investment analysis across the public equity markets. Prior to Isomer Partners, Mr. Boone served as a Senior Analyst at Schonfeld Strategic Advisors from August 2019 to November 2020 and at Scopia Capital Management from September 2011 to May 2019, where he focused on fundamental equity research and investment analysis. He began his career as an investment banking analyst in the restructuring group at Rothschild & Co., serving from June 2010 to August 2011.

Mr. Boone holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with Distinction from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, with concentrations in finance and accounting.
