Charles Johnston

Charles Johnston serves as an Advisory Board Director of NHIC IV and is Chief Executive Officer of American AllWaste, a NewHold Enterprises portfolio company. He has more than 30 years of experience leading emergency response, industrial, oilfield, OSRO, and retail teams, as well as conducting due diligence and integrating more than a dozen acquisitions across both public and private equity sectors. Throughout his career, he has led both sales and operational organizations and conducted market analyses to develop go-to-market strategies for existing and emerging markets. His experience includes leadership roles with American AllWaste, Republic Services, Aramark, Service Merchandise, and the U.S. Army.
