Kareem Hammad

Kareem Hammad is a member of the NewHold Investment Corp. IV advisory board. Mr. Hammad brings more than 20 years of investment management and capital markets experience across the industrials and services sectors. He is a Partner at P2 Capital, a New York-based investment firm that applies a private equity approach to investing in the public markets. In addition to its “operational activist” public market strategy, P2 also leads PIPE and take-private transactions within its public portfolio. Prior to joining P2 in 2007, Mr. Hammad worked at Investcorp International, a middle-market private equity firm, where he focused on leveraged buyouts across the industrial, business, and consumer services industries. Earlier in his career, he was an Analyst at Citigroup, where he advised private equity clients on M&A and capital markets transactions. Mr. Hammad holds a BSBA in finance and international business from Georgetown University, where he graduated cum laude.
