Aditya Sharma will serve as the Senior Advisor, India for NewHold Investment Corp. IV. Mr. Sharma brings over 35 years of global leadership experience highly relevant to SPACs, combining capital markets expertise, private equity execution, and cross-border growth strategy. His early career in senior roles at McKinsey & Company, JP Morgan Chase, Capital One, and Xerox in New York and Chicago provided deep exposure to capital formation, structured finance, and strategic value creation. Over the past 15 years, he has operated entrepreneurially as a co-founder or senior executive in three private equity-backed companies—two of which achieved successful exits—demonstrating hands-on experience in scaling, operational transformation, and liquidity events.

Mr. Sharma’s focus on Global-India capital flows, exponential sectors such as AI, advanced industrials, clean energy, and digital transformation, along with experience across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Australia, and Latin America, positions him strongly at the intersection of cross-border deal sourcing, sponsor alignment, and post-merger value creation. Mr. Sharma holds an MBA from the William E. Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester, where he was awarded the Karl Brunner Award for outstanding academic excellence. He also earned an MS in Computer & Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, receiving a full tuition scholarship along with research and teaching assistantships, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, where he was a recipient of the prestigious JN Tata National Scholarship.
