Zeid Abdul-Hadi

Special Advisor, Middle East and Europe

Zeid Abdul-Hadi will serve as Special Advisor for the Middle East and Europe for NewHold Investment Corp. IV and has advised the CEO on previous SPAC transactions since 2021. Mr. Abdul-Hadi has over 20 years of experience in cross-border investment, strategic advisory, and capital formation, with a focus on the Middle East, Europe, and Africa. From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Abdul-Hadi led the investment department of MAWARED, Jordan’s largest semi-governmental real estate development company. He subsequently served as Chief Executive Officer of a Kuwait-based luxury retail company Villa Moda Real Estate owned by a member of the Kuwaiti royal family. From 2010 to 2015, Mr. Abdul-Hadi was the exclusive Middle East representative of MCH Group AG, a Switzerland-based international exhibitions and live-marketing company that organizes global events including the Art Basel shows in Basel, Miami Beach, and Hong Kong. Between 2013 and 2021, Mr. Abdul-Hadi advised US- and UK-based defense and security companies on market entry and expansion in the Middle East and Africa, including partner identification, government and end-user engagement, and regulatory navigation.

Mr. Abdul-Hadi is currently focused on capital raising and strategic advisory for growth-stage companies, working primarily with sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and high-net-worth investors in the Gulf region. Mr. Abdul-Hadi holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service, with a major in International Economics, from Georgetown University’s Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service.
