Evolv has screened over 50 million people, second only to the TSA in screening people in the U.S. Combined company expected to have a post-transaction pro forma total enterprise value of approximately $1.25 billion, total equity value of approximately $1.7 billion and intends to remain listed on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol “EVLV” following an anticipated transaction close in Q2 2021.
